Formally I've studied at La Universidad de Guadalajara (CUCEA y CUCSH) and took immersive courses at the Baden Powell Institute in Morelia, Michoacán. Growing up, I spent my summers living in Mexico, which shaped my deep connection to the language and culture. Even while living in the U.S., I created immersive environments for myself—watching movies dubbed in Spanish, listening to music, and reading children’s books—to make learning fun and natural.

Professionally, I have worked as an interpreter for grant-writing projects in Spanish and served as a Spanish-language public health worker from 2020 to 2023, helping to address the COVID-19 crisis in Spanish-speaking communities. My background includes both formal education and real-world experience, allowing me to offer a dynamic, culturally rich approach to language learning.
