I earned my Bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Fullerton, where I also completed my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction and received my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.

I have been working in the field of education for over 10 years, teaching and tutoring students in various capacities. My experience spans classroom teaching as well as small group and one-on-one instruction. While I’ve enjoyed many aspects of teaching, I’ve found that I’m especially passionate about individualized support—working with students in one-on-one or small group settings, where I see the most meaningful academic growth and confidence develop.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of ages from early elementary to middle school, supporting students in reading fluency, comprehension, writing development, grammar, and language skills. I believe in meeting each child where they’re at and using a patient, encouraging approach to build both skills and self-esteem.
