With nearly three decades of experience empowering voices across education, business, and performance, I specialize in transforming individuals into confident, articulate communicators. As a Ph.D. candidate in Communication Studies and an adjunct professor at Morehouse College, I integrate theory and practice to help clients communicate with clarity, authority, and authenticity—both on stage and in the boardroom.

I have coached clients internationally, with engagements in Berlin, Germany, as well as Poland, Tanzania, and Thailand. My global approach is rooted in cultural competence, academic rigor, and an understanding of the nuanced demands of cross-cultural communication. Additionally, I am the Founder and Headmaster of BaSix Knowledge Academy, a fully accredited private high school in Georgia with over 8,000 graduates and 28 years of academic excellence. I hold two master’s degrees in English and Educational Leadership from Troy University and a proud graduate of Morehouse College, where I now teach voice acting and advanced speech in the Department of Communication Studies.
