"Hi, I'm an Information Security and Assurance graduate currently working at a small managed services provider (MSP). Previously, I was a Computer Science major. I studied C++ for two years, but I've used Python since high school and have used it for cybersecurity scripting. Currently, I'm studying for my CompTIA Security+ to solidify the knowledge I've gained through my education. I've been tinkering with electronics longer than I can remember, from self-hosted Minecraft servers to building computers. Throughout school, I've used a variety of security tools, from FTK Imager and Autopsy for Digital Forensics, Metasploit for pentesting, and have familiarity with Linux (Kali, Mint, Ubuntu).

Professionally, I support primarily Windows systems, with the exceptions being MacOS. I assist users with troubleshooting Microsoft applications, Adobe Acrobat, and GSuite problems. This line of work involves explaining issues and solutions to users in a non-technical way.

However, I've also volunteered to help teach children (7 to 15 years old) hymns at a church once a week for the past 4 years. We mostly use the, "I sing a line, then you sing" format during our practices. This was in a group of around 15 children with another organist's supervision.
