"I’m Jared! I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, and a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering. I graduated in 2022 and I currently work for an aerospace startup figuring out how to mass produce large scale reusable rockets. In short, I’m a math and science nerd who loves applying first principles to fun new problems.

In college, I spent a lot of time mentoring underclassmen and prospective students in basic math, physics, and engineering concepts. My approach involves encouraging mentees to break problems down into smaller, more digestible chunks, and having them tackle each problem piecewise. This way, my mentees can learn to identify patterns between different flavors of problems on their own, and be better equipped for handling the curveballs typical to high school and college exams.

Before college I spent a lot of time tutoring middle schoolers in math and science and I’m very excited to get back into it as a new resident of Los Angeles!
