"Hi, I am Emily and graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Biological Sciences. I have been tutoring students in STEM for over 8 years now; my age group ranges from elementary to college level students. My expertise area covers most biology related courses, chemistry, and math. My goal is to be able to help students excel in areas that they struggle in and be able to see the topic in a new light. After each session, I tend to provide extra practice problems or study guides that can help the student better understand the subject.

I have been tutoring math since high school, and I was recognized state-wide for Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Calculus. I have also tutored college students in Calculus as a Freshmen. I have been tutoring biology since I entered college, and I was ranked in my state for biology and chemistry in high school. I have experience being a teacher assistant in several college level biology courses. I am also able to provide tips on college applications and standardized exams.
