"Lisa attended the University of Chicago and received her BA with Honors in Economics and her MBA in Finance from The Wharton School. She is a CFA, passing each section on the first try. She has worked on the buy and sell sides, a major rating agency, and in investment/merchant banking and commercial banking. Lisa is well versed in corporate finance, equity and fixed income analysis, credit, securitizations, modern portfolio theory, and risk management with 39 plus years of Wall Street and banking experience. She previously taught Financial Risk Management at a major university on Long Island (not this semester). and works full time in commercial banking at a large corporate and middle market credit underwriting. She resides in Long Island and Manhattan.

For CPA Prep, I am relatively new to the Wyzant platform. I have tutored hundreds of candidates to scores as high as a 93 over the years.
