"Hi, I'm Andrew! I'm new to Wyzant but have been tutoring & teaching for over 10 years. I provide individually tailored teaching to students in high school, college, and medical school. I specialize in tutoring biology, chemistry, and anatomy/physiology, as well as the MCAT and the USMLE Step 1 & Step 2 exams.

Many of my previous students have scored between 10 and 20 point increases on their MCAT or USMLE after tutoring, and A's and A+'s in college biology, chemistry, and related subjects. My students often have great increases in their scores in as short as a few weeks of tutoring. I have received an A in every science course I have taken, and had over a 4.0 GPA in graduate school. For USMLE Step 1, I scored in the 99th percentile (266) and for the USMLE Step 2, I scored a 265 after 3 weeks of studying, and for USMLE Step 3 a 260 (99th percentile). On the MCAT I scored in the 99th percentile (522). I have published in various academic journals, and interviewed and taught at various universities, which I translate to my tutoring to help you succeed in the academic topic you need.
