"I hold a B.A. from Columbia University in German Studies and Education, and my teaching experience spans a wide range of ages, settings, and subject areas. I’ve taught ESOL to adult immigrants for three years, worked as a German teacher for middle schoolers for a semester, supported first graders as a teacher’s aide for a year, taught middle school English for a semester, and spent six months in a preschool classroom. Altogether, I’ve worked with learners ages 2 to 78 and truly enjoy adapting my approach to meet each student’s needs.

Whether in a full classroom, small group, or one-on-one setting, I’m comfortable creating lessons that are engaging, supportive, and tailored to the learner’s goals. I was recently accepted into an Ed.M program at Rutgers and am seeking tutoring opportunities to continue refining my teaching skills while helping students grow in confidence and ability.
