"My name is Jill. I am so excited about moving back to Oklahoma. My children are grown and have graduated from college. Now I'm ready for something a little different, but still in education. I have taught first though fifth graders in regular classrooms. Within these classrooms I was responsible for teaching all the content areas.

For the past 15+ years I have been teaching English language learners. Most of my students have been Spanish speaking. I was recently recognized for having sixteen of my students achieve completely English proficient scores on the national WIDA examination which measures proficiency of Engllsh language students. I also received the outstanding migrant educator award in my district for 2013-14.
