"I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy who currently is living and working in Minnesota, where I grew up. I went to college and grad school at St. Louis University, graduated in 2019, and have worked in a variety of settings since then. Currently, I have my own physical therapy practice where I have a functional and holistic approach merging rehab, functional training/fitness, and sustainability. I want each of my patients to feel their best for as long as possible. I specialize in dry-needling, women's health, and strength training. When not in the clinic or working to grow my practice, I work part-time as a group fitness instructor and part-time as an acute care physical therapist in a local hospital. I also love spending time with family and friends, going to local restaurants and coffee shops, checking out live music, being outside, and hanging with my dog Luka and cat Tux. I love to stay busy, and would say that's when I feel my best :)
I have an enthusiastic and personalized teaching approach. I understand that everyone grasps concepts differently, and want to figure out what works best for YOU.
My lesson plans are interactive and tailored to your learning style — whether you’re preparing for the NPTE, reviewing anatomy, or strengthening clinical reasoning. My goal is to help you feel confident. Every lesson blends clear instruction, real clinical insight, and active learning.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my patient, adaptable approach. I take time to understand each student’s learning style and make complex physical therapy concepts clear and approachable. My goal is to build confidence and help every student feel capable and supported as they master the material.
My lessons are for high school and college students taking anatomy and/or physiology, and physical therapy students who are still in classes or who are preparing for the NPTE." less...
