"I graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in History from Emporia State University in 2013. I was awarded Undergraduate in Social Sciences of the Year and History Student of the Year for the 2012-2013 academic year. I have a strong passion for history and look forward to sharing this passion with students who may be struggling with social sciences.

As a history major I understand that students either love history or find it incredibly boring. I also believe that when presented in a manner that a student can relate to their interest level and understanding of the connections between past and present can drastically increase. In addition to history, I minored in political science.
