"I am a senior at Western Kentucky University majoring in Psychology with a minor in Child Studies. My academic background has given me a strong understanding of how students learn, develop, and stay motivated at different ages. I have completed upper-level English courses, Anatomy and Physiology 101 and 102, nursing and medical-related classes, and advanced research courses in psychology. These experiences strengthened my skills in academic writing, scientific reasoning, research analysis, and critical thinking. I currently maintain a 3.2 GPA, reflecting my ability to manage challenging coursework while remaining organized and consistent. This foundation allows me to confidently tutor subjects such as psychology, writing, research methods, and science-related courses.

Alongside my education, I have four years of experience working with children and adolescents ages 6 to 18. I spent two years at the Boys and Girls Club providing academic support in both group and one-on-one settings, helping students with homework, organization, and skill-building. I also worked for one year at Hillcrest, a behavioral center for youth, where I supported students who required additional structure, patience, and individualized instruction.
