"I am a recent graduate from Columbia University with my Master's degree in Human Nutrition. I enjoy tutoring various Math, English, Science subjects for both test preparation as well as school assignments. I scored very highly on my ACT (32), and have also mostly all A's in my undergrad courses, especially those in the STEM related fields. I have tutoring experience for over 7 years, and I truly enjoy helping students gain confidence in their courses and exams, and helping them become experts in the areas they need help with. I like to approach my tutoring in a collaborative based way, where I understand students' personal needs and help them in a style that works best for them.

Writing and English always been some of my favorite subjects; I see writing as a way to express one's creativity and greatly enjoy students achieving potential they never knew was possible for themselves. I like to help students brainstorm ideas and I also proofread and edit any writing or essays. I achieved a perfect score in both my SAT and GRE writing sections. I have also proofread and edited many college and grad school application essays, and love to help students create unique and beautiful stories to submit for college acceptances.

Throughout my academic career, I have always excelled in math courses, especially pre-algebra, algebra, pre-calculus, and ACT, SAT, and GRE math sections. I believe that in order to have strong math skills, one must have a strong foundation of basic math concepts and then build upon them. I like to help students develop this strong foundation and then help develop even stronger skills in the upper level math courses.
