"I have been passionate about learning and teaching for as long as I can remember. I earned my B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis on social and clinical psychology and paid my way through college by teaching English (TESOL). Teaching became my vocation and my laboratory for applying what I knew about human behavior and learning. After several years as an English teacher and teacher trainer, I completed a Master’s Degree in Teaching and advanced into leadership roles within a network of schools.

The intersection of education and psychology led me to teach in the MBA program at Business School São Paulo, where I delivered courses on Effective Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, and Negotiation. I complemented this work with specialized studies, including Influence and Negotiation Strategies (Stanford University), Instructional Design (UC Irvine), Coaching and Public Speaking (UC Berkeley), and Negotiation (Harvard University). I also became a certified mediation trainer through MTI.

My success in the classroom led to consulting and facilitation work for organizations of all sizes—from startups to Fortune 500 companies—across industries including automotive, tech, pharma, education, and healthcare. For over 15 years, I have designed and facilitated learning experiences for groups ranging from two to two hundred participants, as well as coached individuals in communication, leadership, and personal effectiveness. In 2013, I became an ICF-certified coach and have since supported learners from around the world, including Brazil, China, Cyprus, and the U.S.
