"If you are looking for an experienced teacher and very fluent speaker of French, I offer tutoring for all levels of French learners. I acquired French as a second language and continued to pursue fluency as both an academic field of study and then as a career in teaching. I spent over 6 years living in France where I gained skill in speaking and a profound understanding of the culture. As a result of many years as high school teacher as a graduate student of French teaching, I learned and even continue to perfect instruction in ways to help students gain the skill needed for their purposes.

I now would like to share what I know to help others enjoy the unique beauty of France and the French language. Retired for 2 years from full time teaching and residing now in Minnesota, it is exciting to meet people who want to learn French for travel, work or for a specific area of achievement.
