"I have a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Civil Engineering, graduating with a 3.8 GPA in both programs. More importantly, I have a real passion for helping students overcome their fear of math. During my undergraduate years, I was recommended by my math professor to become a tutor at the college’s tutoring center, where I worked for a year. I tutored students with a wide range of math abilities, focusing especially on Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. I took pride in tailoring my tutoring approach to each individual, helping students truly understand concepts—not just memorize steps.

It was so rewarding to see my students grow more confident. Some even began helping their own classmates after our sessions! I regularly had students request my schedule to make sure they could work with me again. My approach is patient, supportive, and focused on clarity.
