"As an experienced educator and homeschooling parent, I bring a unique perspective to tutoring grounded in both formal instruction and real-life application. I hold a strong background in early childhood education and specialize in working with Pre-K through elementary-aged students. I have a Bachelor Degree and am licensed to teach K-6th grade with an additional endorsement on my license for Early Childhood Education (birth-3rd grade). My teaching approach centers around building strong, trusting relationships with students and families, using a hands-on, interest-led method that keeps learning fun, engaging, and meaningful.

Over the past several years, I’ve worked with children in both group and one-on-one settings, supporting academic growth as well as confidence and independence. Through my tutoring and time in public schools, I’ve provided individualized tutoring and homeschool support to families across the country, with a special focus on early literacy, foundational math, and social-emotional development. I also lead small group classes that use popular children's literature, like the Magic Tree House series, to build fiction and nonfiction reading skills in an integrated and exciting way.

I believe that learning should be tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. Whether working with a student who needs extra support or one who thrives with enrichment, I adapt my methods to meet them where they are.
