"Hi, my name is Kyle. I have been a teacher for 12 years, teaching everything from 1st grade to 10th. In these years, I have found a love of teaching in the humanities -- especially reading and writing. Literacy is the cornerstone of any solid education, and I take pride in being able to help my students access and harness those skills. I have a bachelor's and master's degree both in Education. I am a licensed special education teacher from grades Prek-12, I also have licensure in Elementary (1-6) and History (5-12).

My area of expertise is in data-based literacy instruction, which is why the first session includes diagnostic assessments which allows me to tailor the instruction to each client individually. I believe that learning should be fun, so I try to incorporate as many engaging activities -- or breaks, if necessary -- into my lessons.
