"Hi. I am a trained biochemist by education and profession. I completed my undergraduate, master’s, and doctorate studies in animal biochemistry in India. After completing my doctorate in biochemistry, I joined the medicine department at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine as a Postdoc in Chicago. I have been studying and researching biochemistry for the past 22 years. In between my master’s and doctorate, I taught college students for two years. During that time I realized how difficult it was for students to correlate or even understand biochemistry. Yes, I know it is a difficult subject. But no one has to cram the intricate metabolic pathways and structure to get through the course. The journey can be very lucid. And here comes my role as a tutor. Let’s make mysterious biochemical structures and integrative metabolism your friend.

Believe me, nothing makes me happy when I help a student solve their metabolism problem for test preparation. That Aha moment where the student says “Now I get it” is my reward. I absolutely cherish those moments. My students in college mentioned to fellow teachers that they are interested in knowing the fundamental concepts of biomolecule synthesis. I taught prerequisite advanced biochemistry courses to master’s students during my Ph.D. I have considerable experience in teaching fundamental and advanced biochemistry courses.
