"I have been an elementary teacher for 8 years and have taught second, third, and fourth grade. I’ve also tutored students from first through sixth grade in both virtual and in-person settings, working one-on-one and in small groups. My goal is always to help each child grow in confidence and develop a genuine love for learning.

I believe that strong relationships are the foundation for successful learning. I take time to get to know each student including their interests, strengths, and challenges. I adjust my instruction based on their individual personalities and goals to make learning engaging and enjoyable.

Currently, I teach in an inclusion classroom where I collaborate closely with special education teachers. This experience has strengthened my ability to differentiate instruction and meet diverse learning needs. I hold an M.Ed. in Literacy and am trained in a multi-sensory literacy program that helps students strengthen reading and writing skills through hands-on and engaging activities.
