"I have worked as a Substitute Teacher for over five years, teaching students from kindergarten through twelfth grade in a variety of subjects and classroom settings, including general education, special education, and English language learner programs. My approach to teaching focuses on flexibility, engagement, and inclusion. I use differentiated instruction, active learning strategies, and technology to support diverse learning needs.
