"My musical journey is deeply rooted in my family history. I began formal piano training at age six, continuing for nearly a decade. Later, I transitioned to guitar under the mentorship of my grandfather, a classical concert performer in Guadalajara, while drawing inspiration from my grandmother, a concert pianist.

Beyond my heritage, I have formally studied singing, jazz, and songwriting, and I hold a Music Theory Certificate from the University of Edinburgh. As a recording artist, I have self-produced, mixed, and mastered my own albums.

In my two years of teaching, primarily working with students aged 15 to 30 but I also have currently a 7 year old student and starting next week I'll be teaching another one. I’ve developed a teaching style that blends memorization techniques with gamification to keep learning engaging. I believe in cutting through the noise; I help students choose a specific musical path and provide the roadmap to get there without getting discouraged.
