I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, and a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Resource Development, which I earned while proudly serving in the United States Air Force.

After my military service, I became a certified public school teacher in North Carolina and spent 22 rewarding years teaching in middle school classrooms. Alongside that, I dedicated over 30 years as a part-time adult education instructor-supporting learners of all ages and background.

Throughout my teaching career, I have always looked forward to the daily adventure of the classroom. I believe in meeting students where they are and guiding them toward success through creative, engaging, and personalized instruction.
