"Hello! I'm Justin and I tutor in mathematics, physics and computer science. I graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Physics (UC Riverside) and have an M.S. in Computational Mathematics (Stony Brook University, ranked 8th in math in the USA in 2024). I now research machine learning for numerical partial differential equations at UC San Diego as a PhD student in Mechanical Engineering / UC LEADS fellow.
I lectured for 200+ students in Applied Linear Algebra and 30+ students in Ordinary Differential Equations at Stony Brook University. Additionally, I have interned as a Software Engineer at the Department of Energy's Oak Ridge National Laboratory and as a Computed Tomography Systems Engineer at VJ Technologies. I currently conduct research on machine learning and computational physics with the San Diego Supercomputer Center and Department of Energy.
