"I have been playing the violin for over 25 years and have been teaching for over 10 years now. As a child, I always had interest in music and especially in violin, and participated in national youth orchestras and performed with and as a soloist with these orchestras as well. I then went on to further my education in music in London at the Royal College of Music, where I obtained my Bachelor of Music Degree with Honors. After an enlightening four years in London, I then moved to Germany to complete my Masters Degree in Music Performance at the Lübeck Academy of Music in Lübeck, where I also worked as my violin professor‘s teaching assistant. I then worked at the Norddeutsche Philharmonie Rostock as a Violinist for a year before eventually moving to Los Angeles.

Over the years, I have taught music in various contexts, be it one-to-one lessons, group lessons, online lessons, and even in the classroom. I enjoy watching students blossom and it always brings me great joy when they are able to achieve their goals in music and always look forward to the opportunity to help them.

Since living in Europe for almost a decade, I have been able to hone my German skills and currently speak and write fluent German and look for every opportunity here to speak and use the language, and have been tutoring the language for the past few years." less...
