"I have been a dedicated math teacher for over ten years. My experience has been in grades 4 - 6 in both the classroom and as a math specialist. I have also tutored outside of school in grades 4 - 8 (preAlgebra) for the past 5 years.

As a math educator, I strongly believe in building students' confidence in their mathematics abilities. I believe in having some fun while learning! I love to use games and activities to make what students are learning more engaging, as well as general practice to build skills.

I make math engaging and easy to understand. I have done so for over 10 years. Students always love my math classroom!

As a teacher of mathematics, content vocabulary is key! I use various strategies, games and activities to build academic vocabulary.
