"Hey! I'm Jason, a junior math major at UT Austin. Throughout high school I have had a passion for math and physics, and I love being able to share my knowledge to help others, whether that be by igniting a new interest or giving students that "ah-hah" breakthrough in a particular class. I have a year experience tutoring middle schoolers in 8th grade and Algebra 1 concepts as part of a project called Mel Keystone, which is a Dallas centered group made up of high schoolers that provide an hour of weekly group tutoring groups to underprivileged children in the Dallas Independent School District. I specialize in math, but I can also tutor for high school physics and chemistry if needed.

I have gotten 5s on AP Calculus AB and BC, AP Physics 1 and 2, AP Physics C Mechanics and Electromagnetism, and AP Chem. I also got a perfect 800 score on the SAT Math section. My senior year of high school I took an advanced math course that covered the foundations of undergraduate math classes such as linear algebra, differential equations, and multivariable calculus. Additionally, throughout high school I did competition math which helped me develop an intuitive understanding for how math works beyond just regurgitation.
