"In my almost nine years of experience as a personalized online math and physics tutor, I have strived to design my classes around two fundamental principles: individuality and interactivity. In short, each student is different and has a unique method and pacing for optimal learning, and a hands-on interactive learning experience beats a purely exposition-based lesson. I view teaching not only as providing the tools and the expertise a student needs to learn, but also as fostering each and every student’s confidence and curiosity towards learning.

I do not aim for my students to simply know how to solve a problem set. I aim to help them build trust in their own individual ability to tackle academic challenges by themselves, and to light that spark of curiosity and inquiry that will drive them to apply their knowledge and abilities towards their own individual goals and objectives in learning.

Initial 1-hour trial session on any subject: $25

Discounted trial sessions available only Monday-Friday. All weekend sessions and sessions scheduled with less than 24 hours of anticipation are invoiced at standard rates.

AFTER TRIAL SESSION:

Elementary math/pre-algebra: $45/h

Middle/High school math (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, precalculus, HS Physics, HS calculus): $55/h

Basic college-level math (College calculus, College physics): $65/h

Advanced college-level math (specialized engineering courses): $80/h
