"Hello, everyone! I am a medical student who aspires to be an OB/GYN. I love medicine not only because I get to help others feel better, but because there are opportunities to teach and help others grow, learn and become their best selves. I would not be where I am today without the teaching and guidance of others throughout high school, college, and medical school. These individuals have always inspired me to pay their good deeds forward which is why I also have tutored others for almost 4 years in subjects that I am proficient at. Hopefully as a physician, I would like to be able to teach the future generations of medicine so they can pay it forward one day as well.

Although Science has always been my favorite subject, Math is very special to me as well. Math and science go hand in hand and one cannot exist without the other. I enjoyed math during high school, I passed my AP calculus exams and was a math tutor during my Junior and Senior years. I have also tutored math for 3rd graders and 4th graders who went on to pass their STAAR exams.

Science was always my favorite subject in school and I am lucky to be able to learn from it for the rest of my life! In high school, I passed my Biology AP exam and in college I majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. I had to become proficient in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Genetics, Anatomy and Physiology, and various other science subjects in order to pass my MCAT to apply to medical school. Now, as a medical student, I am still learning and strengthening my proficiency in all of these sciences at a higher level. Science is so exciting and I if I can get even one other person excited about it, it's a win for me!

I am a USA Swimming Certified coach with up-to-date certifications in First Aid, CPR and AED, concussion protocol training, Foundations of Coaching, and Athlete Protection training.
