"With experience tutoring students in grades K-College and an honors undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering from UCF, I have a passion for both learning and teaching. I believe that with time and patience students have the ability to succeed and I pride myself on being able to deliver information to my students in a way that they will understand.

I love teaching because I believe that as we lay a strong foundation of knowledge, what each person can build is limitless. The moment where a struggling student grasps a concept for the first time is absolutely beautiful to me and drives me to become a better teacher. As a teacher's assistant for an upper level Civil/Environmental course I was able to direct students towards useful resources, explain concepts in unique ways, and spend time helping students conceptualize difficult problems - all contributing to increasing student's grades. While tutoring K-12 I worked with students on a daily basis as they concentrated on increasing their abilities in concepts ranging from SAT, to Math and Science and FCAT Writing.

As a tutor I primarily work with students K-12 on math subjects (Trig, Geometry, Pre-Algebra, Algebra). I also tutor SAT, FCAT (Math and Writing), and high-school Chemistry.
