"My name is Lorenzo D. and I was born and raised in the foothills of central California. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in pure math from UC Santa Cruz.

As an undergrad math major, many students would seek my help. In particular, I helped students with the calculus series. As a result, I began developing a passion for helping others in math. Furthermore, the excitement students experienced after passing there exams felt rewarding. Therefore, my journey as an aspiring teacher had begun!

My experience includes substitute teaching all subjects from K-12, tutoring all age groups, including college students. In addition, I have also taught Integrated Math 3 at Selma High and 7th and 8th grade math at Burton Middle School.

Tutoring is something I enjoy because it allows me to teach students one-on-one and when I am one-on -one, learning is guaranteed!

What makes me qualified is the rigor I experienced as an undergrad at UC Santa Cruz. Math here, at this prestigious university, definitely gives students the rigor one needs to be qualified math tutor or teacher.
