"I am Sophia Buena, a grade 9 student who thirsts for knowledge and truth. I study philosophy in my spare time, in the hope of attaining knowledge that will lead me out of the darkness of my ignorance in order that I may have a new perspective on the world and on the people that inhabit it. All the world's an ocean of knowledge waiting to be discovered, and I believe that I am merely on its shallow parts, so I strive and I strive in order to discover more of its beauty and its secrets that lie in its deepest waters.

Upon studying philosophy, I have learned that is my moral duty to help those who I encounter. In line with this, I often tutor my classmates and friends in school (especially those whom my Math teacher left in my care). I can and may teach in different kinds of subjects. Some of these are math, science and history, but math being my forte, considering that I have finished a Math Program in Kumon. That is why I am able to answer all kinds of math questions with ease, including advanced calculus and trigonometry (these are some of the subjects included in Kumon). In addition to these, I am among the top 20 students of our school and am an honor student.
