"Hello! I moved to Philadelphia about three year ago after double majoring in math and physics at Houghton College. Throughout my time here, I have tutored to supplement my income.

I've been tutoring for many years now; during high school I mostly taught piano and then in college I worked as a teacher's assistant as well as working with students on an individual basis.

I love teaching, especially in smaller group settings where I can get to know students individually. I hope to help students not only develop understanding of the material, but also a love for learning new concepts and ideas.

I have played piano for 13 years, taught private lessons for about 7 years, and achieved a contract music minor in an excellent music program. I also enjoyed writing music for piano.

Travel policy: I get around Philadelphia by bicycle and public transport. By bicycle, I am happy to travel about two miles from 19121, or about four miles by a direct public transportation route.
