My focus has always been on helping the students who struggle the most — the ones with no real work ethic yet, weak skills, and no clear idea of what it means to be a student (which, honestly, is most students starting out).

My goal is to turn that around. I’ve developed a technique that helps students not only catch up but often pass the classmates they were once behind. It’s not magic — just the right push at the right time.
