"I am a retired Math teacher who has taught in regular and Special Needs classrooms. I have a B.A. in Math and Psych from Boston College. Later, I received a M.Ed. in Special Needs and taught Math in the Public Schools and Special Needs Private Schools. I have taught at the Community College Level and University Level (" Math for People Who Hate Math"). I have observed that students who have a LD problem or who do poorly in Math get discouraged and give up. I help them have more success by making it more practical to them.
