"I have always believed that math becomes easier once it feels connected to real life. I earned my Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University, where my studies and research focused heavily on calculus, algebra, optimization, and data modeling. These subjects have been the foundation of my academic and professional journey, from studying advanced mathematical programming to applying those same principles to solve large-scale, real-world problems in transportation and scheduling at Delta Air Lines.

I’ve taught and tutored math for several years at both the high school and college level, helping students build confidence in Algebra I, Algebra II, and Calculus. My approach combines patience, structure, and intuition—I focus on understanding why a concept works, not just how to apply it. Many of my students have told me that math finally “clicked” after working through problems step-by-step and relating formulas to something familiar, like motion, growth, or balance.
