"Hi! I’m a pre-medical biology graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Honors College, where I also minored in Chemistry and Psychology. During college, I discovered that my favorite subjects were the ones taught by professors who made learning engaging and approachable. I wish to bring that same energy to my sessions, and want to help students build strong foundations in MCAT CARS, Psychology, and Sociology through discussion and strategic practice.

My tutoring experience began through programs like the READ Center and Village Book Builders, where I helped both adult learners and international students strengthen their reading, writing, and science skills. Those roles taught me how to adapt lessons to different learning styles and cultural backgrounds. I understand the importance of active learning and critical thinking. It is important to guide students to understand the “why” behind each concept rather than simply memorizing facts. Having self-studied for the MCAT while balancing school and research, I understand how stressful the process can be, so I aim to create a calm, supportive environment that builds confidence and consistency.
