"Hi! My name is Talya and I am a 4th year USMD student. My undergrad degrees are in philosophy and neuroscience, and I had a 98th percentile CARS score on the MCAT, followed by consistently excelling on NBME and USMLE exams throughout medical school. My teaching experience includes being a TA in several neuroscience and philosophy courses in college, teaching English to college students through the U.S. Fulbright Student Program in a classroom setting, tutoring middle school students in English in 1:1 and 1:2 settings, tutoring college graduates in the MCAT CARS section in a 1:1 setting, peer tutoring for preclinical courses in medical school, as well as peer USMLE Step 1 tutoring.

I enjoy meeting with each student and working together to create a personalized, accessible approach to CARS material, taking into account individual learning style and needs.
