"I am an industrial mechanical engineer with a tangible passion for shaping the next generation of scientists, mathematicians, and engineers.

Sinclair Community College was my first undergraduate institution, where I received not only my associate's degree in mechanical engineering, but a strong passion for the field itself. I finished my undergraduate degree at Wright State University, while working as a part-time research assistant at the Air Force Research Laboratory. Finally, I pursued my graduate degree with the University of Colorado at Boulder, and graduated in spring 2025.

Throughout my college years, I participated in many STEM education and outreach programs. I taught an intro course on programming and robotics for middle/high schoolers at my local library, along with a friend of mine. I have also traveled to a rural high school in Pagosa Springs CO to teach a similar project-based course on data acquisition and visualization, as a supplement to an earth sciences class. I have served as a Teaching Assistant for two sophomore-level college courses; "Materials Science," and "Manufacturing Processes and Systems." These courses required special TA training courses that I have completed, and involved both classroom teaching and one-on-one support with my students during office hours.
