"I’m a medical student at Rush University Medical College with a strong background in both science and education. Before medical school, I earned my Master’s in Medical Sciences from Loyola University Chicago and my Bachelor’s degree from The University of Chicago, where I also competed as a varsity basketball player. My academic and professional journey—from clinical research to healthcare consulting—has given me a deep appreciation for critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving, all of which shape my tutoring approach today.

I’ve worked with students across a wide range of ages and academic levels, from high school to college and pre-medical learners. As a tutor with Lightway Academic Consulting and Varsity Tutors, I’ve helped students strengthen their skills in subjects such as biology, chemistry, and medical school application writing. My approach centers on meeting students where they are, breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps, and adapting my teaching style to each learner’s strengths.
