"Hello, I'm Nathan! I graduated cum laude from Duke University and am now in medical school at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX. I have extensive experience tutoring subjects at the pace of the client, making sure they fully understand why they are solving a problem—not just how to solve a problem. This sets up students for success in their future coursework in addition to helping them achieve immediate results.

I began my tutoring experience with high school math, from Algebra I to BC Calculus level. I was a member of the Math honor society and love helping people tackle difficult problems. I tailor my approach to the student's understanding of each concept, and will help review any concepts needed to fully understand a problem. I achieved perfect scores on my ACT and SAT math sections, as well as all AP math tests, and will help improve students ability to apply their skills to the testing environment as well.

As medical student, I have taken a broad range of advanced science coursework and applied them through research opportunities and peer tutoring. My specialty is chemistry, and received A's in all of my chemistry and biology coursework. I scored in the 95th percentile on my MCAT. I will help students understand complex principles of chemistry and develop the skills they need to progress through these subject areas.
