I hold a B.A. in Journalism from New York University, an M.A. in Strategic Public Communication from American University, and an M.A. in International Policy and Practice from George Washington University. My academic and professional journey has given me a deep foundation in writing, public speaking, and media strategy—skills I’ve dedicated my career to using and teaching.

Throughout my career, I’ve mentored colleagues, coached professionals, and trained executives to become confident, authentic communicators. At organizations like National Institutes of Health, Easterseals, Sierra Club, WITNESS, and the PBS Foundation, I’ve helped leaders sharpen their media presence and master the art of the interview—whether on camera, in print, or on air. My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored: I work one-on-one to help you think like a journalist, anticipate tough questions, craft focused, message-driven answers, and learn how to confidently steer conversations back to your core narrative. Then we practice until your delivery feels natural and strong. I also equip you with essential do’s and don’ts so you show up exactly as you intend—in control, composed, and compelling.
