"Hey I’m Jarett! I’m currently a medical student at Howard University College of Medicine and a former Assistant Nurse Manager with over six years of clinical experience in nursing. Before starting medical school, I worked in leadership and bedside nursing roles, where I mentored and trained nurses, nursing students, and new graduates. During that time, I was recognized with awards including the DAISY Nurse Leader Award, New Nurse Leader of the Year, and Herb DeCordova Kindness Award, highlighting my commitment to teaching, mentorship, and compassionate care.

My tutoring focus is on nursing, NCLEX prep, anatomy, physiology, and the biological sciences. I know how overwhelming exams can feel, so my teaching style is structured but encouraging.
