"Hi! I’m Tanish, a third-year medical student at the Ohio State University College of Medicine and a graduate of OSU’s Biomedical Science program (GPA 3.96). I scored in the 95th percentile on the MCAT, earned a 34 on the ACT, and received several 5's on AP exams. Over the years, I’ve worked with students from middle school through medical school, helping make tough subjects more approachable and manageable.

I’ve supported students through high school science, pre-med courses like biology and chemistry, and major standardized exams including the MCAT, ACT, SAT, and AP subject tests. My tutoring style is all about simplifying complex material, reinforcing long-term understanding, and creating strategies that work for each student’s unique learning style. I’ve also passed USMLE Step 1 and regularly work with early medical students on coursework and board prep.

Outside of academics, I help students with college and medical school applications. As a current member of my med school’s admissions committee, I’ve reviewed hundreds of AMCAS applications and conducted interviews. I also worked at McKinsey and Company before medical school, where I helped clients solve challenging problems. That experience helps me coach students through consulting, business, and professional interviews, especially case and behavioral formats. Whether it is essay editing, school selection, or interview prep, I aim to help students present themselves clearly and confidently.
