"Hi! I’m Jake, a medical student at the University of Vermont. I graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a degree in Behavioral Neuroscience, where I developed a love for the sciences — especially biology, chemistry, biochemistry, and organic chemistry. In college, I enjoyed helping classmates break down tough concepts, which showed me how much I value teaching and mentorship.

Over the last three years, I’ve formally tutored medical students preparing for board exams, guided college students through pre-med classes, and mentored high school students during summers. Working with such a wide range of learners has helped me create a flexible, student-centered approach.
