"Hello there! I am a fourth-year medical student excited about tutoring younger students in Math and Science. I graduated with Honors Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences while also completing pre-medical coursework. I then graduated with a Masters degree in Biomedical Sciences prior to starting medical school. Prior to college, I graduated from high school with High Honors and scored a 29 on the ACT with high scores on the Math and Science sections. In addition, I scored a 5 on my AP Calculus AB exam allowing me to test out of Calculus in college.

As for my tutoring experience, more recently I tutored first-year medical students virtually in their summer Anatomy course. These were students who failed their anatomy course during fall/winter/spring quarter and needed to remediate the course. During these sessions, I would go through the lecture slides with them while answering any questions they have and quizzing them throughout. I take my time with students to make sure they are fully comfortable with the material and have all their questions answered prior to their exams. It's also important to me to make sure the student has practice time on their own during our sessions so I can actively help them as needed while they're working through the material.
