"Hector is a current medical student at UTSW. Prior to medical school, Hector conducted a research year at UCSF where he structurally characterized the interactions between a resistance protein and novel antibiotics to overcome resistance. He majored in Biochemistry and Cell Biology at Rice University. While at Rice, Hector took a breadth of courses in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Hector has +10 years of experience tutoring students in grades 8-12 and adults students. He is also versed in standardized tests including: MCAT, ACT, SSAT, and SAT. Hector enjoys working with students one-on-one to understand the best way they learn and work together to ensure their success.
