"I am currently a fourth-year medical student with a strong background in STEM subjects and writing. I attended UC San Diego and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a minor in Global Health in 2021. I worked as a writing tutor at the UC San Diego Writing Hub for 2 years, where I worked with undergraduate and graduate students to develop their writing skills and edit their essays for various classes, writing assignments, personal statements, and professional school applications. As a tutor at the Writing Hub, I also received weekly training to learn more about writing pedagogy and strategies to tutor students effectively. Additionally, I also was a metabolic biochemistry teaching assistant in my senior year of college.
