"Hello and thank you for visiting my page. My name is Tara and I'm a 3rd year medical student with a bachelors degree in biological sciences and an associates degree in psychology. I've been professionally tutoring for over 7 years and I've been tutoring friends for as long as I can remember. I find immense gratification in helping my students successfully navigate through their academics.

I've worked with every age group, from elementary school students to graduate students. I also gained valuable experience during the pandemic in teaching homeschooled students both in one-on-one and small group sessions. Lastly, I take great pride in teaching students with organizational difficulties, anxiety, and ADHD.

I'm very passionate about teaching organizational skills, study methods, and test taking strategies. I also like to observe and expand the learning methods best suitable for each student within the first 1-2 meetings.
